以辨色力为指标探讨针刺治疗色觉障碍的疗效

摘　　要：根据中医脏腑学说“肝肾亏损”理论,采用针刺激发经气和耳穴压丸方法,以辨色力为指标,先后治疗观察215例色觉障碍者。观察结果证实,对照组对辨色力无明显变化(P>0.05)。针刺激发经气组和耳穴压丸组经过治疗1～3个疗程后,其辨色力均有显著或极显著的变化(P<0.05～0.001),前者更优于后者。说明本法治疗色觉障碍确有实效;其疗效有一定的科学依据。Based on the TCM theory of“deficiency of liver and kidney”,the methods of stimu- lating Qi of meridians by acupuncture and pill pressed on ear points were used in 215 cases of dyschro- matopsia,and color discrimination was used as the index.The results comfirmed that the color discrimi- nation in control group(G1)did not change(P<0.05).and that in meridian—qi stimulating group (G2)and in ear—points pressed group(G3)were obviously or very obviously changed(p<0.05—0. 001).Moreover,the effect in G2 was better than that in G3.It indicated that the therapy of meridian Qi stimulating is effective for dyschromatopsia and has the scientific evidence.
