论溃疡病穿孔中西医结合非手术疗法

摘　　要：溃疡病穿孔中西医结合非手术疗法,按病程演变分3期辨证论治。初期因“中焦气血郁闭”,用针刺以疏通气血、缓急止痛,配合禁食、胃肠减压、输液等以扶正驱邪,促穿孔闭合;中期因“郁而化热”,呈现脾胃实热证候,宜疏肝理气、清热解毒、和胃通里、抑菌减毒以控制腹膜炎症,促进渗液吸收;后期根据证型采取综合治疗。The Integrated TCM—WM non—operative therapy was used in the treatment of ul- cerative perforation.The disease was treated based on the differentiation of 3 stages.In the initial stage,the syndrome was obstruction of Qi and blood in Zhongjiao,the acupuncture for promoting flow of Qi and blood and relieving spasm and pain combined with fast,gastrointestina decompression and transfusion was used for strengthening body resistance to eliminite pathogenic factors and making the perforation heal.In the metaphase,the syndrome was excessive heat in spleen and stomach caused by the stagnation of Qi,the methods for relieving depressed liver and regulating Qi circulation,clearing away heat and toxic meterial,regulating stomach,and bacteriostatic and detoxification were used for control- ing peritonitis and promoting the absorption of exudate.In the anaphase,the comprehensive treatments were used according to the different syndromes.
