摘　　要：随着社会经济、科学的高速发展,用于处理公私事务、沟通交流的应用文,已成为信息时代不可替代的重要传播手段和工具。应用文的特点决定了应用文写作必须具有较高的政策水平、良好的知识结构和较强的分析判断能力,应用文的写作要求决定了它能融传授知识、培养能力、提高素质为一体,与大学生综合素质的培养和提高有自然紧密的内在联系。With the rapid development of social economy and science, practical business writing has become an im- portant tool of media in the information era. Its characteristics have decided practical business writing should be at a higher level of the policy, quality contents and analysis, which is a combination of knowledge, problem-solving and qual- ity-refining, much related with the quality improvement of college students.
