摘　　要：该文给出了基于GIS的CRM智能决策支持系统模型,并给出了基于粗糙集的GIS空间数据库知识发现算法,最后通过一个实例证明了该模型和算法的可行性。A model of CRM-Oriented Intelligent Decision Support System based on GIS is given in this paper to deal with the requirement resulted from the CRM domain.Moreover,an algorithm based on Rough Set is also given for data mining from GIS spatial database,finaly,a detailed example is described to show that the model and algorithm are fea-sible.
