摘 要:目的:检测犬心肺复苏后6h内血TNF-α、IL-6含量的变化。方法:12只健康杂种犬,随机分成两组,实验组(n=6):心跳骤停后予常规心肺复苏术。在心跳骤停模型建立前、复苏成功即时、复苏后1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h取血标本。空白组(n=6):不诱发室颤,取血标本时点与实验组一致。结果:在心跳骤停犬恢复自主循环后2h开始血中TNF-α、IL-6水平出现明显的升高(P<0.05),在一定时间内随着时间的延长而增高。结论:TNF-α、IL-6参与了心肺复苏后再灌注损伤的发生发展过程,干预TNF-α、IL-6将会减轻再灌注损伤的急性炎症反应,提高复苏成功率。objective: To observe the rule of changes of serum TNF-α、IL-6 in dogs of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Methods: Group 1(n=6): Blood samples were collected without cardiac arrest. Group 2(n=6):was performed standard CPR after dog model of cardiac arrest. Blood samples were collected at the time of before building up model of cardiac arrest、 0 minute、 1 h、 2 h、4 h、6 h after CPR. Results: The serum level of TNF-α、IL-6 was elevated in ROSC-dogs 2 h after cardiopulmonary arrest(CPA). Conclusions: TNF-α、IL-6 participate in onset and development of reperfusion injury of CPR. Interfering them will relief acute inflammatory reaction of reperfusion injury and raise chance of success of CPR.
