生长抑素和三腔二囊管压迫法治疗肝硬化并食道胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较生长抑素和三腔二囊管对肝硬化并食道胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血的止血疗效。方法:对2001年1月至2003年12月共收治的72例肝硬化并食道胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血患者随机分为两组,分别使用生长抑素(治疗组)和三腔二囊管压迫法(对照组)治疗,观察两组的止血效果和副作用。结果:治疗组总有效率为86％,对照组总有效率为83％(P>0.05),但治疗组无明显副作用。结论:生长抑素与三腔二囊管压迫法治疗肝硬化并食道胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血止血疗效无明显差异。Objective: To compare the effect of Somatostatin and Sengstaken-Blackmore Tube in the treatment of large hemorrhage caused by cirrhosis combined esophageal and fundal varices. Methodes: 72 cases of large hemorrhage caused by cirrhosis combined esophageal and fundal varices were divided into 2 groups randomLy during 2001.1-2003.12, treated by Somatostatin (Treatment group) and Sengstaken-Blackmore Tube (Control group) to observe the effect and the side action. Results: The effective rate in the Treatment group (86%) and in the Control group (83%) was no significant difference (P>0.05), but no obvious side effect in the Treatment group. Conclusions: Somatostatin and Sengstaken-Blackmore Tube has no difference in the treatment of large hemorrhage due to cirrhosis combined esophageal and fundal varices.
