摘　　要：培养和造就各类高等技术人才,必须在每一个不同专业的量方面作仔细考量。数量过多,超过社会需要,会形成结构性失业;数量过少,满足不了需要,会制约经济社会的发展。交通运输管理人才将出现供不应求的局面。The training of the transportation management stuff must be related to the need of the market . Too many well - trained staff on the market will lead to the difficulty of job seeking, and the loss of education investment. However, too few well - traineel staff on the market will nor meet the demand for economic development of the country. Based on the analysis of the market, in the near futwre the demand for the transportation management staff will exceed the supply.
