单纯疱疹病毒2型感染及其C-erbB2表达与宫颈癌关系的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨汕头地区宫颈癌的发生与单纯疱疹病毒 2型 (HSV 2 )感染及C erbB2表达的相关性。方法　采用PCR技术及免疫组化SP法检测 84例宫颈癌组织及 13例正常宫颈组织、4 6例尖锐湿疣的HSV 2DNA、HSV 2、C erbB2的表达情况。结果　①宫颈癌组织和尖锐湿疣、正常宫颈组织中的HSV DNA、阳性率分别为 4 8 8%、2 1 7%、15 4 % ,癌组织HSV2 DNA表达明显高于正常宫颈组织和尖锐湿疣 (P <0 0 5 )。②宫颈癌中C erbB2的阳性率为 71 4 % ,明显高于正常宫颈组织 (7 7% ) (P <0 0 1)。结论　汕头地区宫颈癌的发生与较高的HSV 2感染率和C erbB2表达率密切相关 ,两者的共同作用可能是宫颈癌发生发展的重要因素。Objective To explore the relationship of the cervical cancer occurrence,herpes Virus Ⅱ(HSV-2) infection and C-erbB2 expression in Shantou area.Methods The polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and immunohistochemistry were used to detect HSV-2 DNA,HSV-2 and expression of C-erbB2 in 84 cases of cancerous tissues of uterine cervix,13 cases of normal cervical tissues,and 46 cases of incondyloma acuminata.Results (1)The positive rates of HSV-DNA of cervical cancerous tissues,incondyloma acuminata and normal cervical tissues were 48.8%,21.7% and 15.4%,respectively.The HSV2-DNA expression of cancerous tissues was much higher than that of normal cervical tissues and incondyloma acuminata.(2)The positive rate of C-erbB2 in cervical cancer was 71.4%,evidently higher than that of normal cervical tissues.Conclusions The higher occurrence of cervical cancer and higher infection rate HSV-2 in Shantou area are closely related to the C-erbB2 expression.Their interaction could be an important factor for occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
