摘　　要：目的研究整合素 β1在兔视网膜脱离、复位时的表达变化。 方法 2 4只新西兰白兔应用透明质酸酶和玻璃毛细管分别制作视网膜脱离、复位的模型 ,制作冰冻切片 ,应用原位杂交的方法研究整合素 β1的核酸表达。 结果视网膜复位时比脱离时整合素 β1的核酸表达降低。 结论视网膜复位对增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的发展有抑制作用。ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of integrin β1 during retinal detachment and reattachment of rabbits.Methods24 rabbits were used to make retinal detachment and reattachment model by using hyaluronidase and micropipette. The expression of integrin β1 were observed with hybridization in situ.ResultsThe expression of integrin β1 in reattached retina was lower than that in detached retina.ConclusionRetinal reattachment may inhibit the development of proliferative vireoretinopathy.
