脑梗死急性期血糖正常时胰岛素治疗的价值

摘　　要：目的　观察正常血糖的急性脑梗死患者胰岛素的治疗作用。方法　选择血糖正常的急性脑梗死患者 64例 ,随机分为两组 ,观察组以5 %的葡萄糖液 5 0 0ml,加入诺和灵R 8U ,1次 /d静滴 ,连续 2周 ,对照组以 5 %葡萄糖 5 0 0ml加入丹参 2 0ml,1次 /d静滴 ,连续 2周。对观察组和对照组在入院后第 14天和 2 8天进行神经功能评分。结果　第 14天 ,观察组和对照组两组神经功能评分无明显差别 ,但在第 2 8天 ,观察组较对照组神经功能评分有明显好转 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　胰岛素在正常血糖的脑梗死急性期病人 。Objective To study the effect of insulin on patients of acute cerebral infarct with a normal level of blood glucose.Methods Sixty four patients of acute cerebral infarct with a normal level of blood glucose were selected randomly and equally divided into two grous:subject group and control group.The subject group was treated with 5% glucose 500ml and Novolin R 8u for intravenous drip,and the control group was treated with 5% glucose 500ml and labiatae of 20ml for intravenous drip.The treatment for both groups was a fourteen day course of one dose a day.Both groups were assessed on the dysfunction of nervous system respectively 14 days and 28 days after they had been hospitalized.Results After the treatment with Novlin R, the dysfunction of nervous system has not improved significantly in 14 days;however,the dysfunction of nervous system has improved significantly ( P <0.05) in 28 day after hospitalization. There was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the subject group and the control group.Conclusion Insulin is quite effective on the patients of cerebral infarction with a normal level of glucose during the acute peried.
