摘  要:根据目前仪器中镍钢材料构件小直径精密孔加工中存在的问题 ,讨论了刀具几何参数、切削用量、悬伸长度对镗刀尺寸磨损、加工表面粗糙度的影响 ,分别得出了镗刀尺寸磨损h与刀具几何参数的数学模型及尺寸磨损与切削用量、刀具悬伸长度的数学关系式 ,可用于选择刀具几何参数、切削用量和分析镗削精度。According to the problems that occurs while the small bore diameter working in the nickel steel component,the influnce of the cutting tool's geometrical parameter,the cutting output and the length of the suspension to the wear of the boring cutter's measurement and the roughness coefficient of the working surface are discussed. The mathematical equation between the boring cutter measurement wear h and the geometrical parameter of cutting tool,and the mathematrical equation among the measurement wear,the cutting output and the length of the suspension as well are obtained to be used in choosing the geometrical parameter of the cutting tool,cutting output and analyzing the precision of the boring unit.
