头面部皮肤癌放射治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察放射治疗头面部皮肤癌的治疗效果。方法　采用单纯放疗与术后放疗两种不同治疗手段。结果　术后放疗远期疗效优于单纯放疗 ;基底细胞癌预后好于鳞状细胞癌 ;临床分期越晚疗效越差。结论　放射治疗对头面部皮肤癌疗效肯定 。Objective To observe the radio-therapeutic results on the dermoid cancer of head and face. Methods 96 patients with dermoid cancer of head and face randomly applide with single radiotherapy and radiotherapy after operation. Results The long-term results of radiotherapy after operation are better than of single radiotherapy, the prognosis of basal cell carcinomas by radiotherapy are better than squamous cell carcinomas.The later the cancer is staged,the worse the therapeutic effects are got. Conclusions It is effective to apply radiotherapy on the dermoid cancer of the head and face.A corresponding radiotherapy may be selected according to its pathological type and its clinical staging.
