摘　　要：目的　探讨斜视手术前后角膜地形图的变化。方法　对 15例患者共 2 6眼行直肌后徙手术治疗 ,在术前、术后 1周 ,行角膜地形图检查 ,并对比分析。结果　术后 1周角膜地形图变化明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,屈光度增加 ,散光加大 ,肌肉后徙量与角膜屈光度变化无关。结论　直肌后徙手术早期可导致角膜屈光度增加 。Objective To study the changes of corneal topography before and after strabismic operation. Methods 15 patients(26 eyes) were given a rectus muscle weaken operations. We analyzed their corneal topographies before and one week after operations. Results The corneal topography of one week after operation changed obviously (P<0.05).The refractive power and astigmism increased.The receded amount of the muscle weren't relevant to refractive power. Conclusions The rectus muscle weaken operation can lead to the increase of corneal refractive power and astigmism in early stage.
