天舒滴丸薄层色谱鉴别方法的研究

摘　　要：目的 :寻找合适的用于天舒滴丸定性鉴别的方法。方法 :薄层色谱法 ,对照品及对照药材斑点作为参照。结果 :天舒滴丸在分别用于醋酸乙酯 -甲醇 -水 (9∶ 2∶ 0 .2 )和氯仿 -醋酸乙酯 -冰醋酸 (9∶ 1∶ 0 .2 )为展开剂时 ,相应的天麻素和阿魏酸的斑点显色清晰 ,分离完好。结论 :该法简便易行 ,重现性好 ,可以作为天舒滴丸的定性鉴别方法。Objective: To find a proper way for the identification of Tianshu Drop Pills. Methods: By thin layer chromatography, gastrodin, ferulic acid, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma Gastrodiae are used as reference. Results: When the samples are developed by ethyl acetate-methanol-water(9/2/0.2) and chloroform-ethyl acetate-acetic acid(9/1/0.2),the spots of gastrodin and ferulic acid are well separated. Conclusion: The proposed method is simple to practice and reproducible, so it is a proper way for the identification of Tianshu Drop Pills.
