保存人羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的临床疗效。方法　将严重眼表疾病患者 1 3例 1 4眼的眼表组织清除后用保存的健康人羊膜移植到表层剖切面。结果　随访 9.3± 5 .9个月 ,1 2例 1 3眼手术成功 (92 .86 % ) ,眼表重建 ,其中 1例 2眼成功重建了中央角膜上皮 ,视力提高到 0 .3 ,复明并脱残。 1例角膜穿孔患者移植的羊膜溶解 ,手术失败。结论　羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病有良好的效果 ,具有取材方便 ,无排斥反应 ,手术成功率高 ,是治疗眼表面疾病的一种有效方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of preserved amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT) on ocular surface disorders. Methods 13 cases (14 eyes) with severe ocular surface disease were treated with preserved amniotic membrane transplantation after surface tissue was cleared. Results All the patients are followed up for 9.3±5.9 months. 12 cases (13 eyes) were successfully reconstructed the ocular surface, among them, 1 case (2 eyes) reconstructed central cornea epithelia successfully, and acuity of vision reached 0.3. One case failed because of the melt of amniotic membrane. Conclusions AMT is an effective treatment for ocular surface disorders without rejection. It is easy to obtain Amniotic membrane and the achievement ratio of operation is high.
