摘　　要：目的　探讨经食管床治疗食管癌的方法及疗效。方法　分析经食管床切开或不切开弓上三角胸膜治疗食管癌 2 3例的临床资料。结果　所有病例均痊愈。并发症为吻合口瘘 (1例 )。结论　经食管床治疗食管癌方法安全 ,术后并发症少 ,效果好。Objective To explore the effects of esophagectomy through esophageal bed on the treatment of esophageal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 23 cases with esophageal carcinoma underwent esophagectomy through esophageal bed was analyzed retrospectively. The triangular pleura were excided or not. Results All patients were cured. The complication was anastomotic stoma fistula (1 case). Conclusions Esophagectomy through esophageal bed is a safe and effective treatment for esophageal carcinomas with little complication.
