对暗视及混合反应视波网膜电图波幅随时间变化的研究

摘　　要：目的 了解暗视及混合反应网膜电图波幅随时间变化的规律。方法 氯胺酮麻醉后,常规测定两天内6时、12时、18时、24时的暗视及混合反应视网膜电图波幅。结果 两天内的暗视及混合反应视网膜电图波幅均具有在24时最高,12时最低的特点,经方差分析,各时点的波幅值具有统计学显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论暗视及混合反应视网膜电图具有周期性变化的特点。Purposes: To study the variation regulation of amplitudes and mixed-light reaction electoretino-gram (ERG). Methods: Measure rabbit's ampoitudes of night-adaption and mixed-light reaction elecrtoretinogrem of 6-12,12-24hour in two days. Results: Amplitudes of the ERG in 24-hour are the highest and the lowest in 12-hour ,and there are significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusions: Amplitudes of night-adaptation and mixed-light reaction elkecroretinogram are in variation of ergulation..
