白细胞增长仪在预防化疗期间白细胞减少的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨白细胞增长仪对化疗病人骨髓造血功能的保护和刺激作用。方法 将180例肺癌化疗病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组化疗周期中使用SPA-1型白细胞增长仪,交替电脉冲刺激两侧足三里和内庭穴;两组病人治疗期间均检查周围血白细胞情况。结果 治疗组白细胞I度以下减少64例,Ⅲ度以上减少3例,没有Ⅳ度减少;对照组I度以下减少18例,Ⅲ度以上减少31例,其中4例为Ⅳ度减少。结论 白细胞增长仪对骨髓造血功能有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the effect of leukocytotic promoting instrument in stimulating and protecting to marrow haematogenous function. Methods 180 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group. In treatment group, Zusanli and Neiting point of double leg was stimulated alternately by electric impulse of SPA-1 leukocytotic promoting instrument during the chemotherapoy. Both groups, leucocytes were checked in blood. Results In treatment group, cases that the leucopenia in grade I was 64, in grade Ⅲ 3,in grade ⅣO; In contrast group that in grade I was 18, in grade Ⅲ 31, in grade Ⅳ4. Conclusions The leukocytotic promoting instrument to prevent leucopenia and protect marrow haematogenouse function during the chemotherapy is markedly.
