摘　　要：目的 探讨左半结肠癌急性梗阻一期切除吻合的可行性。方法 回顾性分析34例左半结肠癌急性梗阻的术式选择及术中灌洗方法。结果 34例中2例单纯结肠造瘘,1例Hartmann术,2例病变肠管切除吻合,横结肠造瘘,术中灌洗一期吻合29例。切口感染4例,局限性腹膜炎2例,肺部感染2例,无吻合口瘘,无死亡。结论 选择合适病例,完善围手术期各项处理,左半结肠癌急性梗阻一期切除吻合是安全的。Objective Probeinto left half acute to obstruct and excise identical feasibility while being the first stage of colon cancer. Results 342 simple colon build Zhyuan, 1 Hartman skill, skill irritate and wash one have 31 more identical, The notch infects 4, limitation is 2 cases of peritonitis, lung infects 2, There are no identical Zhyuans, there is no death. Conclusions Choose suitable case, perfect and enclose operation issues of every deal with, Zh Zuo colon cancer acute to obstruct one it excises identical to be safe.
