摘 要:目的 探讨CT血管造影技术(CTA)对脑动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法 使用多层螺旋CT机检查了25例脑动脉瘤患者,采用SVR、Fly-through、CPR等技术进行三维图像处理,并与脑动脉DSA的结果对照分析。结果 DSA证实25例病人的27个动脉瘤,其中前交通动脉瘤17个,大脑中动脉瘤5个,大脑前动脉瘤1个,后交通动脉瘤4个。CTA检查检出共25个动脉瘤,1个前交通动脉瘤和1个后交通动脉瘤未能检出,检出率为92.6%(25/27)。结论 多层螺旋CTA技术是无创性诊断脑内动脉瘤的重要手段,多种三维图像后处理技术的联合应用能够提高诊断的准确性。Objective To evaluate multi-spiral CT angiography in diagnosing cerebral aneurysm. Methods 25 cases with cerebral aneurysms were performed with multi-spiral CT scanning. SVR, Fly-through, CPR techniques were applied to post-process 3D-CTA images. CTA results were compared with DSA. Results 27 cerebral aneurysms in 25 patients were confirmed by DSA, 17 located in AcoA, 5 in MCA, 1 in ACA, 4 in PCA. 25 aneurysms were deteced by CTA, diagnosis rate was 92.6% (25/27). Conclusions Multi-spiral CT angiography is an important method in non-invasive diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm. Multi 3D-CT image post-process combination increases diagnosis reliability.
