摘　　要：[目的]探讨卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤的临床治疗方法及其预后因素。[方法]回顾性分析1997年1月至2001年1月收治的25例卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤。[结果]总的3年生存率为84%(21/25),其中Ⅰ和Ⅱ期均为100%(17/17,2/2),Ⅲ期为33.33%(2/6)。生存率与临床分期、病理分级有关(P=0.001,P<0.001)。复发与临床分期有关(P=0.007),与病理分级无关(P=0.101)。初次手术是否采用保守性方式与生存率、复发均无关(P>0.05)。[结论]根据病期、病理分级和生育要求选择手术方式,对于早期的年轻患者,保守性手术后辅助化疗可获得很好的预后。To explore the treatment of ovarian immature teratoma and prognostic factors.The clin-ical and pathologic data of25cases with ovarian immature teratoma from January1997to January2001were ana-lyzed retrospectively.The overall3-year survival rate was84%(21/25),and stageⅠ,100%(17/17);stageⅡ,100%(2/2);stageⅢ,33.33%(2/6),respectively.The survival rate was correlated with stage and grade(P=0.001,P<0.001).The recurrence was correlated with stage(P=0.007),but not with grade(P=0.101).No correlation was found between primary conservative surgery and survival rate or recurrence(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The operative chosed should be based on stage,grade and reproductive requirement.To the young patients with early stage,conservative operation and postoperative chemotherapy may obtain an excellent prognosis.
