晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤腹腔内温热化疗观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤腹腔内温热化疗与全身静脉化疗的近期疗效和毒副反应。[方法]34例晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为腹腔温热化疗组(18例)和全身静脉化疗组(16例)。[结果]近期疗效腹腔温热化疗组优于全身静脉化疗组(P<0.05),毒副反应中恶心、呕吐等消化道反应和骨髓抑制症状,腹腔组低于静脉化疗组(P<0.05)。腹痛腹胀症状,腹腔组多于静脉化疗组。[结论]对晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤采用腹腔内温热化疗,可提高患者生活质量,减少毒副作用。To observe short-term effect and toxicity of intraperitoneal chemo-hyperthermia perfusion(IPCH)and intravenous infusion for advanced gastrointestinal malignancies.Thirty-four cases with ad-vanced gastrointestinal malignant were randomly divided into two groups,IPCH group(18cases)and the intra-venous group(16cases).Short-term effects in IPCH group were better than those in the intravenous group(P<0.05).The toxicities including nausea vomiting bone marrow suppression were also lower than the latter group(P<0.05).Abdominalgia and abdominal distension in the IPCH group were more than the intravenous group.[Conclusion]IPCH may improve life quality and has less toxicities in patients with advanced gastroin-testinal malignancies.
