摘　　要：文章结合实际,通过理论分析,指出了超声波电动机研制的技术难点和关键因素。就超声波电动机所用功能材料的研发、结构设计和优化、控制技术、试验技术、超声波电动机的制造工艺等进行了详细地阐述。明确了超声波电动机研制的发展方向。From the facts,the difficulties and the key points of the technique in ultrasonic motor's researching and manufacturing are gived by analysing theoretically in this paper. And the functional materials,the structural design and optimization,the control technique,the experimentation and the technology of ultrasonic motor are set forth detailedly.Then the orientation of development is clarified in researching and manufacturing of ultrasonic motor.
