摘　　要：[目的]观察热化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的近期疗效及安全性。[方法]对158例晚期恶性肿瘤患者,根据病种不同,选用相应化疗方案治疗,同时采用NRL-001型内生场深部肿瘤热疗系统对病灶局部进行加温,加温至41℃～43℃,加温时间为60～90分钟,每例患者热疗5～20次,平均9次。[结果]158例中,CR9例(5.7%),PR77例(48.7%),SD47例(29.7%),PD25例(15.8%),CR+PR为54.4%。毒副反应主要为化疗所致的血象异常和消化道反应,热疗所致的反应少见。[结论]热疗联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤有较好效果,毒副作用轻,值得临床推广应用。To study the short-term effect and toxicities of therm-chemotherapy for advanced cancer.Different chemotherapy regimens were applied to 158 cases with advanced cancer NRL-001 Double RF Tumor Hyperthermia System was applied to heat the tumor sites at 41℃~43℃ for 60~90 minutes,with 5~20 times (average 9 times) for each patient.The overal response rate was 54.4%(86/158),including CR 9 cases(5.7%) and PR 77 cases(48.7%), SD 47 cases(29.7%), PD 25 cases(15.8%).The main toxicity was chemotherapy induced,hemo-suppression and gastrointestinal toxicities.Toxicities attributable to hyperthermia were few and mild.[Conclusions]Hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy is efficient and safe for advanced cancer and is worthing wildly using.
