摘  要:目的 观察Vogt -小柳原田病患者光学相干断层扫描 (opticalcoherencetomography ,OCT)的图像特征。方法 对 8例Vogt -小柳原田病患者 (16只眼 )进行OCT检查。结果 所有患眼均表现程度不等的神经上皮脱离 ,脱离范围平均 4 0 2 2 μm ;神经上皮脱离高度 10 1μm~ 2 76 5 μm ,平均 2 94 μm ;神经上皮厚度 12 9μm~ 2 6 4μm ,平均 190 μm。有 1只眼表现为神经上皮层间水肿。神经上皮层下积液有浓密不均的点状回声 ,2只眼表现为团状渗出点 ,1只眼表现囊腔形成。结论 OCT对于Vogt -小柳原田病尤其不完全性Vogt-小柳原田病的早期诊断有其优越性。同时为疾病的病情追踪、疗效评价以及视力预测提供了客观定量的评价标准。OBJECTIVE To investigate the characteristic image of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in the patients with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease,and make a quantitative measurement METHODS Total of 8 cases (16 eyes) with clinical diagnosis of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease were examined with OCT RESULTS Neurosensory retinal detachment was found in all of the 16 eyes The average area of neurosensory detachment was 4022μm,the average height of neurosensory detachment was 294μm,the average of neurosensory retina thickness was 190μm Intraretinal fluid can be seen in 1 eye Dotted exudation was found in the serous fluid under the neurosensory in 16 eyes,clumped exudation was found in 2 eyes,Intraretinal vesicular was found in 1 eye CONCLUSION OCT can display the characteristics of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease OCT is a useful method for the diagnosis of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease and we could acknowledge the disease more completely and directly by OCT
