Cyclin E、HER2/neu在乳腺癌组织中的表达与乳腺癌预后的关系

摘　　要：目的　通过研究细胞周期蛋白E(CyclinE)和HER - 2 /neu在乳腺癌组织中的表达 ,同目前临床上现行的判断肿瘤预后的有关指标之间的关系 ,探讨CyclinE和HER - 2 /neu作为判断乳腺癌预后及化疗效果指标的潜在价值。方法　用免疫组织化学的方法 ,检测 6 8例乳腺癌 ,以及 17例良性乳腺肿瘤患者病理组织切片标本上CyclinE、HER - 2 /neu的表达 ,以统计学方法分析其与患者临床资料、有关指标间的关系。结果　CyclinE的表达率 :乳腺癌明显高于良性乳腺肿瘤 (p <0 .0 1) ;乳腺癌晚期高于早期 (p <0 .0 5 ) ;HER - 2 /neu阳性者高于阴性者 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,ER、PR、HER - 2 /neu均阳性表达率更高 (p <0 .0 1)。结论　CyclinE和UER - 2 /neu的表达水平同乳腺癌患者的预后有着密切的关系。Objective We investigated tile expression of Cyclin E, HER-2/neu and their relationship with some clinic data which were used to determine tile prognosis of breast cancer.We also compared the expression of Cyclin E,HER-2/neu with that of the other biomarks. So as to find out the ability of Cyclin E whether a potential biomark of prognosis in breast cancer. Methods We examined tile expression of Cyclin E, HER-2/neu, in 68 breast cancer tissues and 17 benign breast tumor tissues by immunohistochemical methods. Results Tile overexpression rate of Cyclin E in malignant tissues is obviously higher than that ill benign tumor tissues (P<0.01) Tile overexpression of Cyclin E in later stage of disease is higher than at ill early stage of disease (P <0.05), The expression of Cyclin E in HER-2/neu positive tissues is higher than that in HER-2/neu negative tissues (P<0.05). And the expression of Cyclin E in ER, PR and HER-2/neu all positive tissues is much higher (P<0.01). Conclusions the expression of Cyclin E and HER-2/neu showed strong correlation to the prognosis of breast cancer.
