异体角膜板层移植结合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗角膜盲的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察角膜板层移植 +角膜缘干细胞移植术临床应用中的疗效。方法　选择 3例角膜病患者 ,取新鲜尸眼板层角膜 +角膜缘后球结膜 2mm的干细胞植片 3片 ;储于 4℃湿房保存备用。结果　全部病例 (3例 )随访 3个月以上 ,最长为 12个月。植片透明 ,视力不同程度提高。结论　异体角膜板层移植Objective To observe the advantages of allograft Lamellar keratoplasty combining withcorneal marginal stem cell transplantation to treat corneal ablepsy. Methods Three patients withcorneal diseases were selected to receive the operation.3 pieces of stem cell grafts taken from lamellarcornea and the bulbar conjunctiva behind marginal cornea 2mm of flesh corpse and put them into wetchamber deposited. Results All of the 3 patients who received allograft lamellar keratoplasty combiningwith corneal marginal stem cell transplantation have got good results. 3 months follow-up or the longesthave reached to 12months showed that the transplanted corneas were transparent and the eyesight wasimproved in deferent degree. Conclusion Allograft lamellar keratoplasty combining with cornealmarginal stem cell transplantation is a valuable technique worth for advocated in treatment of cornealablepsy.
