VP与CAP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌65例近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　比较VP与CAP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法　分别采用VP与CAP方案联合化疗 ,治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 6 5例。结果　VP组 33例 ,有效率 (CR +PR)4 2 .4 % ,CAP组 32例 ,有效率 (CR +PR) 34.4 %。结论　含铂类药物联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌 。Objective To compare the late therapeutic effects of VP and CAP regimen on the treatment of terminal non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Used the combined regimen of VP and CAP to treat 65 cases of terminal NSCLC.Results The response rates (CR+PR) for the group of VP regimen (33cases) and the group of CAP regimen (32 cases) were 42.4% and 34.4% respectively. Conclusion While using the drugs which contain platinum to treat terminal NSCLC, the VP regimen superior to the CAP regimen.
