摘　　要：目的　探讨脑转移大剂量分割照射的疗效和不良反应。方法　对脑转移患者采用大剂量分割照射治疗。结果　患者的治疗时间缩短 ,患者的放射反应如常。结论　用于晚期体质较差的脑转移患者的治疗 。Object To evaluate the curative effect and side effect of cerebral metastatic carcinoma's high-does radiotherapy . Methods With high-does radiotheraphy for the cerebral metastatic carcinoma's patients .Results Short therapy period and little side effect were shown during the radiation treatment. Conclusion The method is spurior to commen therapy for cerebral metastatic carcinoma patients who have poor health condition, it is considered a safety and reliable treatment .
