摘  要:目的:观察接受骨髓间充质干细胞(mesenchymalstemcells,MSCs)移植前后脑梗死大鼠体感诱发电位的变化,探讨MSCs移植对神经系统功能客观检查指标的影响。方法:建立大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型,将体外分离、培养的大鼠MSCs注射至大鼠脑梗死区,于移植前(MCAO术后1周)及移植后2周、4周行体感诱发电位检查。结果:移植治疗组大鼠体感诱发电位各项指标与移植前相比有明显改善,移植后4周时P1-N1峰峰值为(4.26±1.53)μV,P1潜伏期为(14.07±3.01)ms,N1潜伏期为(15.62±2.93)ms,移植前P1-N1峰峰值为(2.34±1.62)μV,P1潜伏期为(17.33±2.35)ms,N1潜伏期为(19.23±3.16)ms。在各时顶点与对照组相比也有明显好转,统计学分析差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:动物实验显示MSCs移植在一定程度上促进了神经系统功能的恢复,为缺血性脑血管病的治疗探索一条新的途径。AIM:To observe the changes of the somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP) before and after transplanting mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) into the infarcted rats,in order to explore the effects of MSCs transplantation on the objective examining indexes of neural function. METHODS:Rat models of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) were established, then the MSCs isolated and cultured in vitro were injected into the infarcted re gion of the rats, and the SEP was examined before(1week after MCAO),2 and 4 week s after transplantation. RESULTS:All the indexes of SEP in the transplantation treated group were impro ved obviously than those before transplantation.Four weeks after transplantation , the peak value of P1-N1 were(4.26±1.53) μV,the latencies of P1 and N1 were (14.07±3.01)ms and(15.62±2.93)ms,respectively; while before transplantatio n,the peak value of P1-N1 was(2.34±1.62) μV,the latencies of P1 and N1 were( 17.33±2.35)ms an(19.23±3.16)ms,respectively;and there were obvious improvem ents compared with the control group, and the differences were significant(P< 0. 05). CONCLUSION:Animal experiment shows that the MSCs transplantation promotes the recovery of neural function to a certain degree,and provides a new method to tre at ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
