摘　　要：网络信息活动是以互联网为依托的信息活动形式。然而 ,在我国网络信息活动的发展过程中 ,出现了许多有悖人类文明主流的现象。因此 ,探讨网络信息活动的调控机制非常必要。网络信息规范与网络信息法是关于网络信息活动的两种调控机制 ,两种机制协同作用 。There are many phenomena departing from the mainstream of humanity civilization during the network information activities development that is based on the Internet.So it is necessary to probe into the regulating of mechanism of network information activities.Coordinated operation between network information rule and network information law contributes to systematical development of network information society.
