摘　　要：公共图书馆的参考咨询服务需实现传统和现代的对接 ,并利用新的工作方法、手段和模式 ,适应网络环境和数字环境下的社会需求 。Nowadays, reference service in public library needs a connection between traditional style and modern tools.New working tools and models need to be introduced into the reference service to suit the social requirement.The uses of internet and digital data technology can expand the developing space of reference service.
