摘　　要：基于系统论的观点,从事故预防、安全保障以及事故应急救援角度,构建了城市轨道交通安全研究的框架结构体系,探讨了事故预防、安全保障、事故应急救援的理论体系、技术体系、管理体系及法规标准体系,旨在引入轨道交通安全研究的一种系统理念。Based on the viewpoint of system theory, from the view of accident prevention, safety ensuring and accident emergency, the framework system of urban rail transit safety research is build up. The theory system, technology system, management system, and code & standard system of accident prevention, safety ensuring and accident emergency are discussed. A system idea for urban rail transit safety research is mainly focused on.
