摘　　要：加强和改进高校学生思想政治工作,一直是高等院校建设的重要目标之一。文章从工作体制、运行机制、人员激励、阵地拓展等方面展开思路,针对高校学生思想政治工作的实效性方面提出若干意见和建议,探索高校学生思想政治工作新的发展之路。To intensify and improve the ideological and political work upon university students has always been one of the major purposes during the development of colleges and universities. In view of the effectiveness of the university's ideological and political work upon students, the thesis puts forward several suggestions by extending in the aspects of working system, operation system, motivation of staff and field extension, trying to seek out the new method to improve the ideological and political work.
