摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,企业家的地位和作用尤显突出,为了培养造就更多的优秀企业家,建立一套科学的、行之有效的企业家使用制度已是一项刻不容缓的任务。文章分析了企业家使用制度必须具备的基本特征,阐述了建立中国特色的企业家使用制度需要解决的问题,提出了建立企业家使用与职权制度相对应的责任制度的设想。The role that entrepreneurs have played in the market economy has become increasingly important; therefore, establishing a set of scientific systems of using entrepreneurs efficiently and effectively is a matter of great urgency to cultivate more outstanding entrepreneurs. The author analyses the system characterized by using entrepreneurs, discusses the problems to be solved regarding the establishment of the distinctive Chinese system of using entrepreneurs and puts forward the assumption to set up a responsibility system by corresponding the using system with the system of power.
