摘  要:建立有效的企业家培养、选拔、任用机制是优秀国有企业的持续创新实现从特定企业家主导型向机制主导型转变的关键 .从企业持续创新视角 ,阐述建立企业家培养、选拔、任用机制的重要性 ,并分析现行优秀国有企业的企业家培养、选拔、任用制度存在的问题 ,提出建立优秀国有企业持续创新的企业家培养、选拔、任用机制的五个基本条件 .The establishment of the effective mechanism for fostering, selecting, and appointing entrepreneurs is the key to the sustainable innovation of excellent state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to shift from a specific entrepreneur's domination to a mechanism's domination. In a new perspective of enterprises' sustainable innovation, the importance in building up the mechanism for fostering, selecting and appointing entrepreneurs is expounded, the problems existing in the system of fostering, selecting and appointing excellent SOE's entrepreneurs are analyzed, and five basic conditions in building up the mechanism for fostering, selecting and appointing entrepreneurs in excellent SOE's sustainable innovation are advanced. Finally, an empirical analysis of building up such a mechanism in the successful case of Lenovo Group is given.
