中药复方JHL抗肿瘤作用研究

摘　　要：①目的　探讨中药复方JHL的抑瘤作用。②方法　昆明种小鼠 4 2只随机分为JHL治疗组和荷瘤对照组 (对照组 )。JHL治疗组分别灌服 5、1 0、2 0 g/kgJHL(A、B、C组 )连续 1 7d ,于第 8天灌胃 1h后接种S1 80 ;对照组只灌服蒸馏水。两组小鼠于第 1 8天处死 ,取肿瘤、胸腺、脾、腹腔液分别测定抑瘤率、胸腺指数、NK活性、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及T淋巴细胞转化率 (T淋转 )。③结果　A、B、C组抑瘤率分别为 1 8.5 5 %、30 .35 %、1 .2 1 % ;B、C组胸腺指数、T淋转 ,A、C组NK活性 ,A、B、C组巨噬细胞吞噬功能与对照组比较 ,差异均有显著性 (F =1 9.1 3～5 6 .98,q =9.8～ 5 5 .2 ,P <0 .0 5 )。 ④结论　JHL对S1 80Objective To evaluate the antineoplastic effect of JHL compound, a traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Kunming mice ( n =42) were randomly divided into JHL-treated groups (A,B,C) and tumor-bearing group(control group). For the treated groups(A,B,C), a dose of 5, 10, and 20 g/kg of JHL was given orally to groups A, B, and C, respectively, for 17 days, tumor S 180 was inoculated on the eighth day one hour after feeding through a gastric tube. The control group was fed with distilled water only. All the mice were killed on day 18. The tumor ,thymus, spleen, ascitic fluid were collected and the tumor-inhibition rate, thymus index , activity of natural killer cells(NK),T lymphocyte transform efficiency detected. Results The inhibition of tumor in groups A,B and C was 18.55%, 30.35% and 1.21%, respectively. As compared with the control, the difference was significant in terms of the indexes of thymus in groups B and C, T lymphocyte transform efficiency and activity of NK in groups A and C as well as phagocytosis of macrophages ( F=19.13-56.98, q=9.8-55.2, P <0.05) . Conclusion JHL compound has antitumor efficacy to a certain extent on S 180 -bearing mice .
