我国研究生招生规模近期和长期发展模型的讨论

摘　　要：研究生招生规模的制定是我国目前研究生教育改革和发展面临的重大课题。从近期的视角来看,可以尝试建立我国今后几年研究生招生规模发展的量化模型。其中,经济发展水平、本科生招生规模的情况和高等教育经费投入是关系到我国研究生招生规模发展的三个重要变量,根据历史数据,可以得到三者与研究生招生规模的关系。将研究生招生规模看作是以上三个变量的函数,通过量化模型的建立,可以得到我国今后几年研究生招生规模发展的一个比较合理的速度。从远期的视角来看,则应该从系统科学的观点出发,应用系统动力学的原理和方法,制定我国研究生招生规模的良性的可持续发展的模型。It is significant for the development of graduate education to make a proper decision of the recruitment scale. In the short-term perspective, we can decide a quantitative model on the study of three basic essential factors: the economic level, the recruitment scale of the undergraduate education and the investment to the high education. On the other hand, in the long-term perspective, we should establish a dynamic model according to the system science.
