摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻内镜下射频热凝筛前神经加口服玉屏风颗粒对常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 172例常年性变应性鼻炎的患者随机分为3组。治疗组(A组)62例以射频热凝筛前神经及玉屏风颗粒治疗,对照组(B组)50例单纯用射频治疗,对照组(C组)60例单纯用玉屏风颗粒治疗。随访1年。观察其症状、体征进行评分计算改善率。结果 治疗组(A组)显效率51.61％(32/62),总有效率85.48％(53/62);对照组(B组)显效率46.00%(23/50),总有效率72.00％(36/50);对照组(C组)显效率33.33％(20/60),总有效率60.00％(36/60)。经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗中未发生不良反应。结论 射频热凝筛前神经结合口服玉屏风颗粒对常年性变应性鼻炎具有疗效好,无副作用等特点。Obiective To investigate the therapeutic effects of a combined therapy, which combined radiofrequency thermocoagulation to the ethmoidal nerve under endoscope with Yupinfeng Granule (YPFG) orally taking, on perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR ). Methods Included in this study were 172 cases with PAR,who were randomly divided into 3 groups. 62 cases in the treating group (TG) were treated with the combined therapy with radiofrequency thermocoagulation to the ethmoidal nerve under endoscope and YPFG orally taing,50 cases in the controlling group 1 (CG1) were treated only with radiofreguency thermocoagulation to the ethmoidal nerve,and 60 cases in the controlling group 2(CG2)treated simply with YPFG orally taking for one month. Then,the symptoms and signs were evaluated and scored among all these cases, by the end of a floolwing-up period lasted for one year. Results The significantly and total effective rates were 51. 61%( 32/62) and 85. 48% (53/62) for TG, 46. 00%(23/50 ) and 72. 00%(36/50)for CG1, 33-33% (20/60) and 60. 00% (36/60) for CG2 respectively, with very significant differences among them. No side effects were found during the therapeutic course. Conclusion This combined therapy with radiofrequency and YPFG is effective for the treament of PAR with no side effects.
