摘　　要：综述结核分支杆茵耐药分离株基因突变的规律,探讨耐药的分子机理。并通过对6例肺结核病人切除肺的组织学、免疫组织学、宿主细胞免疫反应的研究以及通过对所显示的细菌种群的描述,加深对该感染过程动态的了解。The regularity of gene mutation and drug resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis was reviewed in this article. The molecular mechanism of the drug resistance was discussed. By studing the excised lung tissues from six patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,which was included the histology, immunohistology, host cellular immune response and by characterizing the bacterial populations present, to gain insight into the dynamics of the infectious process.
