摘  要:以碳管炉为加热体在氩气保护下研究了铁液中镓含量对碳的饱和溶解度的影响。在镓含量为0.11%~9.33%的浓度范围内,通过实验得出了不同温度下铁液中镓含量与碳的饱和溶解度的关系。并根据Schenck的相互作用参数式,得出铁液中碳与镓的相互作用系数与温度的关系式。This paper describes the thermodynamic behvior of Fe-Ga-C system in the gallium - bearing molten iron.mainly dealing with an investigation into the influence of dissolved gallium (concentration ranging from 0. 11% to 9.33%)on the Solubility of carbon in the molteniron at various temperatures. The experiments have been carried out in carbon tube furnace under the highly purified argon atmosphere. The relation between Ga content in the molten iron and the saturated solubility of carbon at various temperatures is obtained.According to the Schenck's interaction equation.in addition.the relation between the interaction equations of carbon and gallium in the molten iron and the temperature.namely, εCGa andωCGa is established.
