摘　　要：论述了教师是发展教育事业的主要力量。高等教育大众化步子的加快 ,使大批刚走出大学校门的毕业生充实到高校的师资队伍中 ,并成为教学中的一支重要力量。对青年教师的培养 ,关系到高等教育的未来发展 ,关心和培养青年教师 ,是各高校师资队伍建设的一项十分重要的任务 ,必须面对 ,并采取积极措施 ,加大投入力度 ,提高教师待遇 ,改善工作条件 。The main force to develop education is training young teaching staff. With the popularity of higher education, a lot of college graduates join the rank of teachers and become the main power. Considering the future development of higher education, it has become a significant mission to be concerned with and foster on training young teaching staff. In order to improve teachers′ quality completely, measures must be taken to improve their benefits and working conditions.
