摘　　要：思想理论教育的根本任务是学习和宣传马克思主义。以人为本是科学发展观的本质和核心,也是马克思唯物史观的本质和核心。因此,研究并贯彻科学发展观,必定有助于改进和提高思想理论教育工作的质量。The basic task of ideological and theoretical education is studying and advocating Marxism. Man-based is the essence and core of the the scientific development view and Marxist historical materialism. So studying and propagation the scientific development view will help to improve and enhance the quality of ideological and theoretical education.
