摘　　要：通过案例介绍吉威GIS软件的特点及其应用,以及如何与目前常见数据库管理软件耦合的主要技术环节。该系统简单易学,功能适中,使用成本低廉,能进行图形数据的快速录入,编制精美的图件成果,进行各种图层迭加整合,输出数据统计报表等,适于在目前的林业项目管理中应用。The characteristics and application of Geoway software, and its way of coupling with database management that are commonly used at present, as well as key technical links that can meet the actual demand are introduced by case study. The system with many advantages, such as easily control, moderate function and low cost, can fulfill quick figure & data logging and compose elegant charts, and it can overlap and compound various layers and output statistic diagrams. Thus, it is suitable for wide application to present forestry project management.
