摘　　要：近些年来,随着对创业经济的重视,国内各种科技创业企业的评选活动越来越多。因评价目的与立场不同,对优秀企业的评判标准颇有差异。针对现有评价模式的优点、教训和不足,本文从科技创业企业区别于一般企业的特点出发,提出了科技创业企业的评价模式,探讨了评价指标体系的建立与完善。Recently with more emphasis paid to enterprising economy, there appear more and more activities of selecting outstanding scientific and technological enterprises. Owing to the different selection purposes, the assessment criteria vary to a great extent. This paper reveals the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation modes, puts forward a new one and discusses how to perfect the index system.
