正安县野木瓜产业化发展经营模式的法经济学分析

摘　　要：运用法经济学的SSP(situation,structure,perfomance)分析范式,对正安县野木瓜产业化发展过程中面临的若干问题进行详细分析,即可发现正安野木瓜产业化发展遇到困难的主要原因在于其经营管理模式的缺陷,其中各参与主体权利结构的非对称性引致的行为的不一致性是最终导致绩效低下的主要原因。Apply ing the SSP( situation, structure, performance) normal form to carefully analyzing problems existing in the wild papaya's industrialized development in Zhengan county,we can find that those problems,in fact,result from the deficiency of the management mode. Among them, the inconsistency of action result from the asymmetrical right structure of participants is the main factor lead to the low achievement.
