摘　　要：精神来源于人,而作为人类聚集自身智慧、体力、精神和群体而历史形成的城市,也客观地折射着一种鲜活灵动的城市精神。培育和弘扬这些精神,对于促进城市经济发展、繁荣城市先进文化、提升城市人文底蕴,具有非常重要的社会意义。Spirits originates from human being. With human being's wisdom,stamina and spirit developing in it, city also objectively reflects a kind of fresh spirit. It is of important historical significance to exalt these city' s spirits that can accelerate the economic development,boom city's excellent culture and promote the accumulation of its humanism.
