摘　　要：财政统发工资是公共支出改革中的一种新的工资管理模式。由银行发放行政、事业单位人员的工资 ,实现“工资直达” ,达到加强工资及其福利性支出管理、控制行政事业人员的恶性增长。It is a kind of new salary management mode of public expenditure reform to pay out wages in financial interconnected system.The bank grants the salary of the personnel of administrative institution.In doing so,we can strengthen the management of salary and welfare expenditure,control the malignant growth of personnel and reduce funds expenditure.
