摘　　要：“流动警务”是湖北省罗田县公安局推出的一个以警力前置、流动办公、主动服务、积极治安为基本特征的农村警务改革新模式。“流动警务”是一种诚信警务、便民警务、阳光警务、质量警务。罗田县公安局以“流动警务”为切入点,强化了全心全意为人民服务的宗旨观念,锻造了公安队伍,维护了社会治安,开辟了一条“素质建警”和“高效治安”的新途径,实现了公安效益与社会效益的双赢。Mobile police ” is a new mode of police reform carried out by Luotian public security bureau in Hubei province with the characteristics of police force in advance, mobile office, initiative service and positive public order. “Mobile police” is an honest police that offers convenience for people with high quality. From the point of “mobile police”, Luotian public security bureau has reinforced the idea of serving the people heart and soul, improved police team, maintained social order, created a new way of high quality police construction and highly effective social order. It has produced benefits for both public security and society.
