摘　　要：共青团是党的助手和后备军 ,加强团干部的培养和锻炼 ,提高团干部的素质修养 ,是共青团工作的一项重要任务 ,笔者从政治修养、思想作风、知识结构、工作能力和心理品质等方面探讨了团干部素质提高的途径和方法。The communist Youth League is an assistant and reserve strength of our Party.It is an important task for the League to enhance the training and improve the qualities of the League carders.This essay inquires into the methods of improving the League carders' qualities from several aspects such as ploitical cultures,thinking styles,knowledge structures,working abilities and psychological characters.
